Cancellation Policy 

Scheduled appointments are reserved for you. We require a 12 hour notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 12 hour window are subject to 50% of the full retail service price. If you are a member of Northern Colorado Massage LLC, you will be charged 50% of your service price. This is out of respect for the massage therapist because they are counting on your appointment. Because of this policy, a valid credit card number will be required at the time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card holders.

No Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointments will be treated as a no notice cancellation and charged the full retail service price and members will lose their massage credit for that month. It is important that our massage therapists are compensated for the reserved time slots. This policy also applies to gift card holders.

Late Arrivals

If you are running behind schedule, please try to call us as soon as possible to inform our front office so we can let the massage therapist know. Please note depending on how late you are we may need to shortened the service if the massage therapist has another appointment coming in right after your service. If you are unable to keep your appointment you could be charged for the full service price.

Gift Card Policy

All gift cards purchased through Northern Colorado Massage LLC are non refundable. They can only be purchased through our front office. We do keep a log of all purchased and redeemed gift cards. If a gift card is lost or stolen please contact the front office as soon as possible to figure out a possible solution. All gift cards are sold at retail service price unless you are member then you get them at your members price. If your a non member with NCM and buying a gift card you can purchases up to two gift cards at membership rate.
